Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Loventide account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

Open Loventide and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Review what will be removed, then type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at support@loventide.app from the email address linked to your account. We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your profile and account details (name, email, avatar)
Your photos, videos, and voice notes
Your journal entries, letters, memories, timeline events, and other content you created
Your settings and app activity

If you are paired with a partner, your account is unlinked from theirs as part of deletion. Everything you created is erased everywhere — including from your former partner's Vault. Your partner keeps only the content they themselves created.

What may be retained

Deletion completes within 30 days, and residual data may remain in automated backups for up to 90 days before being purged. We may retain limited records required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, transaction records for purchases). See the Privacy Policy for details.
